The Kearney Palms Senior Apartment community welcomes the completion of the 44-unit third phase of this unique senior campus. Kearney Palms is an adult living community reserved solely for seniors 55+ and located on Kearney Boulevard in downtown Kerman, Ca. The property is within walking distance of local shopping and healthcare services and offers residents a quiet small town environment with the amenities of a much larger community.

The property offers 36 one-bedroom units and 8 more two-bedroom units. Each apartment is spacious with upgraded wall-to-wall carpeting in the living rooms and bedrooms. The unit’s full kitchens all boast new energy efficient appliances and include washer/dryers for in room washing convenience. The bathrooms include a choice of either shower stalls or bathtubs.

The units are connected by spacious walking paths that allow residents to visit the nearby community room with its beautiful ceramic tile floors for social gatherings.
