Willow Partners, LLC mission is to develop and maintain quality affordable housing for families and seniors throughout the State of California.  Since 1997, Willow Partners has obtained over $100 million in Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for the development of affordable housing. 

Together with a professional team of contractors, architects, engineers, and property managers, we are developing over 725 units of affordable multi-family housing in California. 

Davis Slajchert is a co-founder and Senior Managing Member of Willow Partners, LLC.  In this capacity, he is actively involved in project acquisition, construction, development and financing activities undertaken by the firm.  He also oversees asset management and third party development relationships.  Mr. Slajchert has been involved in every aspect of the affordable housing industry during his involvement since the Tax Reform Act of 1986.  Prior to Willow Partners, he was a principal with a firm, which procured and invested over $75 million in equity resulting in the production of over 3,000 units in the Midwest.  Mr. Slajchert attended Yale University and majored in Business.

Laura Slajchert is a co-founder and Managing Member of Willow Partners, LLC.  In this capacity, she is actively involved in the financial feasibility of the properties within the firm’s portfolio and potential acquisitions.  She also oversees third party financing activities.  Having been involved in the affordable housing industry since 1991, Mrs. Slajchert has participated in land acquisition, city entitlement activities, numerous equity and debt transactions and asset management.  Mrs. Slajchert attended the University of Texas and majored in Accounting.
 
Amelia Ross is the Director of Operations of Willow Partners, LLC.  In this capacity, she oversees the accounting and asset management of the firm’s partnerships.  She is also actively involved in the construction and permanent financing activities as well as investor relations.  Prior to joining Willow Partners, Ms. Ross worked at a national sponsor of affordable housing.  Ms. Ross was responsible for the oversight and preparation of all financial reporting.  Ms. Ross holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
